This new 160,570 SF mixed-use, mixed-income building strives to preserve affordability in a popular northeast Minneapolis neighborhood known for its restaurants, arts scene and small businesses. The 128 units range in size from studios to three bedrooms and are targeted to a range of incomes, from 50% AMI to market rate, including some units for households formerly experiencing long-term homelessness.
