Stacee Demmer

Stacee thrives on helping clients maximize resources to achieve their dreams. A seasoned designer and manager with more than 20 years of experience in education, community, and commercial projects, she leads LHB’s Integrative Design Team, articulating strategy, managing budgets, and mentoring emerging talent.

Stacee has managed some of LHB’s most complex commercial projects, including the award-winning Nordic, a Minneapolis office building, parking ramp, and housing project; the Saint Paul Port Authority’s Project Enhance; the National Eagle Center expansion in Wabasha; and the remodeling of Ever-Green Energy’s historic Jemne building in St. Paul.

She is particularly passionate about growing the business case for sustainability, wellness, and resilience in the built environment. She has delivered presentations on high-performance goals for indoor air quality, occupant comfort, biophilic design, and use of materials with reduced environmental impact.
