Minnesota and Wisconsin; (March 23, 2021) – Energage has named LHB a recipient of the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award. Top Workplaces USA offers national recognition for organizations who have created an exceptional work culture. In 2020, LHB also won recognition among the Star Tribune’s 150 Top Workplaces in Minnesota. The company is the only architecture or engineering firm in Minnesota to receive the Top Workplaces USA distinction.
Organizations from across the country participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that are proven to produce higher performance against industry benchmarks.
“The Top Workplaces engagement survey data is an integral part of our strategic planning efforts at all levels of our organization” said Rick Carter, Chief Executive Officer. “LHB’s Core values focus on Healthy Relationship’s, and we believe that continuous efforts to improve our culture will attract and retain the amazing talent required to meet the needs of our clients. The power of an engaged team really shows when facing obstacles such as the current pandemic, and we are thankful for the efforts and sacrifices made by each member of LHB.”
This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the Top Workplaces program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for the regional Top Workplaces awards.
